We first used Marc when the government’s help to buy scheme launched, at a time when lenders had no real processes in place and seemed unable to offer real answers to our questions, he held our hands through the whole process until we moved into our lovely new home. We recently used him again when we needed to opt for a new rate as well, an easy smooth process as opposed to the one being offered by our lender!
